Sterling Frost is a Trinidadian Adjunct Professor and Senior Lecturer at the The University of the West Indies[1]. He is the recipient of The UWI Inaugural Distinguished Alumni Award bestowed in 2011 on high performing individuals who consistently operate at world-class levels.[2][3] His doctoral thesis focused on the impact of organizational culture and knowledge sharing on organizational performance. In 2016 he joined the First Citizens Group as Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations and Administration.[4] Prior to joining First Citizens, he served as Director of Human Resources at Citibank headquarters for Latin America, Miami Florida.[5]

At The University of the West Indies he obtained a Master’s Degree and Doctorate in Business Administration, then later became a Professor of Practice in Management Studies[6]
