Steve Collins (journalist)
Steve Majerus-Collins (born February 21, 1961), known professionally as Steve Collins, is an American journalist who is the state house reporter for the Sun Journal in Lewiston, Maine.[1][2] He previously worked for The Bristol Press covering government and politics, and for The Citizen in Auburn, New York as a political reporter and columnist.[1]
During his time at The Citizen, Collins defied a court order in an effort to protect a source.[3][4]

Collins co-founded the journalism nonprofit Youth Journalism International with his wife Jackie Majerus.[10][1]
