Steve Cooke is a New Zealand/British singer, songwriter.
Music Career[edit]
In his early years in the UK he formed the band Endever and later started a solo career in the business, performing with many musicians including Robin Lumley, Malcom Foster. In 1998 he released his song "Live for the Moment" in Germany, which received airplay on several radio stations, including Die Neue Welle..[1]. Steve performed as a solo artist with band at several festivals[2]. Steve also received airplay in New Zealand with his songs "Live for the Moment" & "Nothing Matters". He now lives in Los Angeles working as a musician and actor.
Acting Career[edit]
Steve started his professional acting career in Henley on Thames/UK at the Kenton theater. He played principle characters in hit musicals, such as Broadway’s “Hair” (US cast-European tour), “Godspell,” and a rendition of The Who’s “Tommy” at the Apollo Theatre in Oxford. On screen he can been seen on Netflix with Rob Schneider in the original series "Real Rob", S2/Eps 3[3] Steve also acted in movies like Peter Jackson's King Kong, Hercules (series) and High Octane[4]
