Stuart Heritage is a British journalist, author, and columnist known for his humorous and candid writing on topics ranging from family life to pop culture. He has contributed to The Guardian[1] since 2009, as well as several prominent publications, including The Times,[2] Esquire,[3] and Air Mail.[4] Heritage is also the author of several books, including the memoir Don't Be a Dick, Pete[5] and the children's picture book Jonathan the Magic Pony.[6]
Early Life and Career
Heritage began his journalism career by founding and editing the celebrity news website Hecklerspray, which garnered recognition as Metro's Best British Blog in 2007 and was listed among the Observer's Top 50 Most Powerful Blogs in the World[7] in 2008. He later expanded his writing to include contributions to Vanity Fair, Red[8] and Men's Health,[9] among others.
Television work
In addition to his writing, Heritage has contributed to television.
Heritage has also appeared as himself in several television specials, including Ooh You Are Awful: TV We Used to Love (2018), When Celebrities Go Pop (2016), Most Shocking Celebrity Moments 2015 (2015), Most Shocking Christmas TV Moments (2015), 70s: The Best of Bad TV (2015), 2000s: The Best of Bad TV (2015), and The 90s: The Best of Bad TV (2015).
