To achieve this, the council conducts a "Mentorship Program" adhering to which, each class is appointed two council members, who are their mentors for the session and guide them in all aspects, such as the rules and regulations, examinations, schedules, events, and extracurricular activities and ensure that they are not exposed to bullying or ragging. The mentors are easily approachable and visit their classes at designated times for interactive sessions with the intent of understanding their problems and helping them with suitable solutions. The mentors indulge in effectively solving the problems and convey the issues, if needed, to the dean of students on their behalf. The mentorship program has been running successfully through these years, and the council continues to carry forward this program to ensure that the students feel safe and welcomed within the campus.
