Sri Subudhendra Tirtha was born on Sri Virodhi Nama Samvatsara – Utharayana – Vasanta Rutu – Chaitra Masa – Krishna Paksha Chaturdasi i.e. 9th of April, 1971 at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, and was brought up by Vidwan Raja S. GiriAcharya and his wife Smt Manjulabai. They raised Sri Raja S. Pavamanacharya to respect Vedic knowledge and instilled a great sense of respect and interest in the shastras and Vedas. They guided him to uphold Vedic tradition and study Sanskrit and Vedas as his pathway.
