Genres and musical styles
Sufi Parveen’s music encompasses a broad spectrum of genres, including classical, romantic, rock, pop, folk, fusion, and ghazal. His work is characterized by a fusion of traditional Indian musical elements with contemporary styles, allowing him to blend classical structures and ghazal forms with rock and pop influences to create accessible yet layered compositions. This eclectic approach reflects his versatility as a composer and producer in the independent music scene.
Founding and operation of music labels
Sufi Parveen founded the independent music labels Theme Music International and HINDURAAG. He established Theme Music International in December 2013 in Mumbai, India, positioning it as a record label dedicated to music production, promotion, and distribution. The label operates under HINDURAAG, which serves as a Bharatiya music record label also based in Mumbai and focused on music production and distribution. Parveen uses these entities to function as an independent music distributor, primarily handling the release of his own self-produced works. Detailed information on the broader operational history, staff, or scale of these labels remains limited in available sources.
