Sun Valley Charter High School was a small charter high school in Ramona, California, chartered by the Ramona Unified School District. It closed on January 25, 2008 due to budget shortages and low enrollment.[1] The founder and principal of Sun Valley Charter High School was David Tarr.

Sun Valley Charter High School had two graduating classes in 2006 and 2007. This school fielded a Robotics team which competed in Los Angeles and San Diego, winning the Rookie All Star Award of San Diego which allowed them to go on to Nationals in Atlanta, Georgia. They also had a team for multiple sports. SVCHS began with 8-man football, Cross country, Cheer and even made robotics a contribution to the spectator sports.
