The Sun Vet Mall (often stylized as Sun-Vet Mall or Sunvet Mall) is a shopping mall located in Holbrook, New York.
The shopping complex is a popular destination for Long Island residents for many decades, however, it has since lost the vast majority of its stores, and subsequently its consumers. The mall's website still lists former retailers in their directory, such as Pathmark and Toys "R" Us.[1]
The property has been listed with Long Island-based Schuckman Realty since 2017 and language on a sales brochure from 2018 made by the company says "redevelopment coming soon" but no details have been released.[2]

The mall was built in 1973 and was named for its proximity to Sunrise Highway and Veterans Memorial Highway.[3]
