Sunny Dhoorh (Paramveer Singh) is a self-made businessman, community organizer and politician based in Michigan, USA.[1] He currently[when?] holds position as the vice-president of the Indian National Overseas Congress USA and as President of INOC in the state of Michigan. He is the vice-chairman of the Democrat Party of Kent County, Michigan, and the Democrat Party of 3rd District, Michigan. He is a member of the State Central Committee of the Democrat Party in Michigan and also a member of the Michigan Democrat Indian Caucus. He is the first Indian to be awarded the Man of the Year award three times by the state of Michigan. He was awarded the American Pacific Asian Award from Michigan. He was awarded the Amazing Asian Award in 2008. He was awarded the Humanitarian Award 2008-2009.[citation needed] He is the founder and president of the Punjabi Cultural Society of Michigan. He has spoken on behalf of the Saini community.[2]
