Susheel Rathi Son of Shree Amarpal Singh was Born in Lalbada, Manglour, District - Haridwar, State - Uttarakhand. He is Belong From Farmer Family. His Political career was Started in 1999 when when they got a post of President of Indian National Student Organization (Congress) of Block Narsan District Haridwar From 1999 to 2001. and Became a Vice President (Congress) of District Haridwar for One Year From 2001 to 2002. In 2002, He got the post of Chief Minister of the district in Kisan (Congress) for two years from 2002 to 2004. And then He was the general secretary of the state Uttarakhand of Kisan Congress for 5 years from 2004 to 2009. In February 2009 He became the President of Uttarakhand Tennis Ball Cricket Associations for Eight year From 2009 to 2017. And He Became the Director of Uttarakhand State Cooperative Bank Ltd. in 2018. And From 2019 He is the Representative of the Indian Farmer Fertiliser Cooperative (IFFCO).
