Sanjay Chaudhary (farmer)

Sanjay Chaudhary is an Indian farmer turned industrialist and member of the Communist Party of India. Sanjay Chaudhary is the son of former member of the Bihar Legislative Council Krishna Chandra Chaudhary from the Harlakhi constituency in Madhubani district. He left his family in his early 20s and went to his native place khirhar in Madhubani District. He has done his M.Sc. from Patna University. He started his career with farming and then put his hands into industrialisation. He named his first fertiliser industry after his father, Krishna Jaivik Udyog. He now owns a fertiliser industry along with businesses of dairy and goat farming. He has about 200 acres of land at his native place. He gained considerable name and fame in the field of farming by providing a pool of employment to the local backward classes people and women, so much so that the then Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, visited his place personally to appreciate his efforts.
