Sven Odia (born on 3rd September 1977) is the president of Engel & Völkers Holding GmbH.[1]
Career
Sven Odia began his career with Engel & Völkers in 1997. In 2006, Sven Odia was appointed to the Management Board of Engel & Völkers AG.[2] Between 2006 and 2014, he was involved in the Group’s international expansion.[3]
From 2014 to 2020, he co-chaired the Management Board, alongside Christian Völkers, in the position of Co-CEO.[4][5][6]
Since August 2020, Sven Odia has been the sole CEO of Engel & Völkers GmbH.[7] During his tenure, Engel & Völkers GmbH has generated revenues in excess of 1 billion euros.[8][9][10][6]
He was succeeded as CEO by Jawed Barna on 1 November 2023.[6][11]
