Rai set up a diversity streaming channel Diverse Cinema.[1] In March 2021, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan showed his support of the film production company following a meeting with Rai.[20][21] The films being streamed as of 2022 are cross-culture stories.[6]
