Swim State is an Australian Indie/Alternative band that released their debut single in 2022, consisting of Beau Farrell, Xavier Kelly, Josh Ryan, Liam Walker, and Harry Palmer, who met while studying VCE music and formed a friendship through a shared interest in music. [1]
Swim State formed at Assumption College, Kilmore, Victoria after its members forged friendships through a shared passion for music. Beau Farrell (Lancefield), Xavier Kelly (Broadford), Josh Ryan, Liam Walker (both Kilmore) and Harry Palmer (Tahbilk) make up the band, with each juggling their music commitments with VCE. [2]
Swim State competed in the Kilmore Busking Championships earlier this year, winning the people’s choice award and finishing second overall in the judges’ votes.
