Sydney New Year's Eve 2011–12 was the 17th Sydney New Year's Eve held at Sydney Harbour on the evening of 31 December 2011 and in the early hours of 1 January 2012. The Nine Network broadcast the event for their third consecutive year (fourteenth overall). The theme was previously revealed to be "Time to Dream" and was Marc Newson's only year as creative headliner.
