TH Heavy Engineering (THHE) is a private company located in Kuala Lumpur. This company is mainly engaged in the oil and gas industry, which is its main focus business in offshore facilities fabrication and maintenance, and also oil and gas engineering services.[1] THHE also has expertise in shipbuilding and ship maintenance and owns a 57-acre fabrication yard in Pulau Indah, Selangor.[2] After being actively involved in the oil and gas industry since 2002, THHE was listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia in January 2005.[3] To strengthen its shipbuilding capabilities, in 2021 THHE bought Destini's stake in a shipbuilding joint venture.[4]
