TMGM (TradeMax Global Markets) is an Australia-based financial company and online broker providing contract for difference (CFD) trading services worldwide.[1] It is regulated by two financial jurisdictions: ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission), an independent commission of the Australian Government, and VFSC (Vanuatu Financial Services Commission), the financial regulatory authority of Vanuatu.[2][3]
The company's headquarters are in Sydney, Australia,[4] with international offices in New Zealand,[5] Vanuatu,[6] Taiwan,[7] and the Philippines.[8]

TMGM is headquartered in Sydney, Australia with additional offices in the major Australian cities of Adelaide, Melbourne, and Canberra. The company has regional offices including New Zealand, Vanuatu, Taiwan, Thailand[9] and the Philippines.[8]
TMGM offers contract for difference (CFD) trading with 7 asset classes and more than 15,000 trading products under the regulation of the Australian Security and Investment Commission (ASIC) and the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC).[10]

Founding and early years[edit]
The company was originally founded in 2013 in Sydney, Australia under the name of TradeMax.[11][12] TradeMax successfully acquired its Australian Financial Services Licence in the same year and began subsequent operations as a CFD trading broker in November 2013.[8]
In 2016, three years following the company's founding, TMGM acquired the IT company LifeByte with the goal of improving their IT infrastructure.[8]
Expansion[edit]
In 2017, the company formed TradeMax Equities, which is authorised by Australian Securities & Investments Commission to deal in tradable products such as bonds, stocks and DMA services. This allowed TMGM to offer wealth management services, while forming an institutional partnership with BT Financial Group, a wealth management company owned by Westpac Bank.[8]
Recent developments[edit]
In September 2020, TradeMax renamed itself as TMGM (TradeMax Global Markets).[13][14][15][16]
In 2021, TMGM partnered with Trade View to offer access to Trade View's trading tools and workshops.[17] The company also acquired a regulator license from New Zealand's Financial Markets Authority in 2021.[18][19]
TMGM began a partnership with the Australian Open Tennis Tournament in 2021.[20][21][22] The sponsorship led to the trading platform acquiring the Australian Open Speed Serve rights.[4][22][23]
In July 2021, TMGM signed a partnership deal with professional tennis player Alexander Zverev.[24][25] In the same year, TMGM announced a partnership with Italian footballer Gianluigi Buffon, who would serve as a brand ambassador for the company.[26][27]
