Biography[edit]
In 2007, she released the original track "Sora e - Prologue" (Sorae - Prologue) under the name TSUKINOSORA. The song was voted No.1 by listeners of the "Toko no Dendo" (Contributors Hall Of Fame) section of the J-WAVE music radio show "J-WAVE MUSIC HYPER MARKET" [5] and won various awards in several music contests. In 2009, the track she provided to DJ OKAWARI, "Luv Letter"[6], was chosen to be used for the 2009-2010 season exhibition program for the former Japanese National Team figure skater Daisuke Takahashi. The track was also used for his exhibition performances at events including the Vancouver Olympics and World Championships. She is active in a diverse range of fields - composing opening themes and BGMs for a variety of media including television and radio, not only in Japan but around the world, appearing on programs in various media, performing in concerts, delivering lectures, etc. She also continues to release original music, as well as provide music, arrangements, and producing duties for other artists in many different genres.
Person[edit]
As indicated by her motto - "to be involved in every and all aspects of music" - she conducts every stage of production, not only composing and arranging, but also handling mixing and mastering duties as well. The DAW software she uses most often is Cubase from Steinberg. Her interests are collecting accessories with either a cat or keyboard theme. That hobby intensified to the point where she began designing and producing her own original items, which she frequently features on her own blog page.
