Yoo Joo (Hangul: 유주 ;born October 5, 1995) known by her stage name Taeha (태하). Is a South Korean singer, dancer and model, She is a member and leader of the girl group Berry Good under JTG Entertainment and its sub-unit Berry Good Heart Heart, in 2019 she announced that her contract expired and she would be leaving the group.
Early life[edit]
Taeha was born on October 5, 1995 in Gwangju, South Korea. she studied at Seoul School of Performing Arts, She is the only child of her parents.
Career[edit]
On May 21, 2014, Taeha made her debut as a member of girl group Berry Good under JTG Entertainment, with the release of their song "Love Letter", a remake of a song by Click-B[1] released in 2000.[2][3][4]
In 2018, Taeha became a member of the sub-unit Berry Good Heart Heart, alongside fellow members Sehyung and Gwoon. their debut single, "Crazy Gone Crazy" was released on April 27.[5][6]
Berry Good released their third mini album, Fantastic, on May 25, 2019.[7][8][9] On May 26, Taeha announced that her contract with JTG Entertainment had expired, and that she would be leaving the group.[10][11][12][13][14]
Personal life[edit]
In August 2017, Taeha was one of the guests on MBC’s talk show Video Star and she talked about that she was actually born to a rich family and her lavish lifestyle Taeha admitted that she was the only child of her parents and that she had two homes in the wealthy Gangnam district in Seoul when she was asked by one of the presenter. She said that she "grew up riding yachts in Busan". Taeha said her life "was far from normal because she did not have an allowance", She elaborated by saying that she "never received an allowance but a credit card from her mother". With that credit card, she would get whatever she wanted every month and even said she used up to thousands of dollars one month.[15][16][17]
On July 8, 2019, Taeha opened her own YouTube channel, 유태하 YOO TAE HA, in which she shared songs cover and vlogs.[18]
