Takeshi Ishizuka (石塚武士), born April 23, 1987, is a Japanese professional ice hockey forward currently playing for the Oji Eagles of the Asia League.
Since 2006 he has played for the Oji Eagles. He previously played at amateur level for the Komazawa Tomakomai team. He has also played for the Japan national team since 2012.
