Tal Melenboim (Hebrew: טל מלנבוים) is an Israeli serial entrepreneur and technology executive.[1][2][3]
Melenboim, one of Israel's leading entrepreneurs with over 20 years of experience with high-growth tech startups,[4] is known for his work in CGI (computer-generated imagery), AI (artificial intelligence), and CTV (connected television. Among his projects is Zoe Dvir, a CGI virtual persona.[5][6][7]
Career
Tal Melenboim works in the intersection of media and software. His projects include using CGI influencers (also known as virtual influencers) for marketing.[8][9][10]
Tal Melenboim is also an investor known for his expertise in early-stage startups. He is a managing partner at BlueSage Ventures[11] and other venture capital firms. Some of the companies that he has invested in include Aniview, VFR, Score:plug, Movota, VFR.ai, Styletech, +Added, Myhreal, and 360 play vid.
Zoe Dvir is a virtual Instagram influencer created in 2019 by Tal Melenboim and Dan Edry. Representing a trendy, young woman, Zoe Dvir assists businesses in utilizing CGI influencers for marketing.[12]

Tal Melenboim also founded Dataset+, a SaaS platform that delivers secure, high-quality datasets for AI. He has served as a consultant for Nexxen.
