Tamara Novichenko

Tamara Dmitrevna Novichenko (Russian: Тамара Дмитриевна Новиченко) is a Russian soprano singer and Meritorious Artist.

Education[edit]

Novichenko is a graduate of Rimsky-Korsakov Leningrad State Conservatory.[1]

Career[edit]

She joined the Saint Petersburg Conservatory in 1972, bring promoted to professor in 1992.[1] She has performed in Russian in Petrozavodsk, Pskov, and Volgograd and internationally in Stuttgart, Prague, Wroclaw, and Seoul. As an educator she has supported over 50 students including Elena Ustinova, Galina Shoidagbaeva, Elena Mirtova, Marina Shaguch, Anna Netrebko, Tatiana Pavlovskaya, and Irina Matayeva.[2][3][4]
