Tanzim Redwan (Bengali: তানজিম রেদওয়ান; born 1 February 2010) is a Bangladeshi student researcher and youth social entrepreneur.[1] He founded MAANUSH, a non-profit initiative providing free STEM and literacy education to underprivileged children in Dhaka, and Project Q2, a youth-led research mentorship platform.[2] In 2025, he was selected among the Top 30 finalists for the International Children's Peace Prize.[3]
Career
While studying at BAF Shaheen English Medium College, Redwan developed an interest in public health and research.[1] He co-authored a study on adolescent malnutrition in Bangladesh using the Best–Worst Method, published in the journal Discover Sustainability. [4]
Redwan later founded MAANUSH to expand access to community education programmes for underprivileged children, and launched Project Q2 to support young researchers in collaboration and mentorship.[1]
