In 2017, Phil Reichelt, the Founder & Principal of Tenant Leasing Group, represented the retail and e-Commerce streetwear brand Culture Kings.[2]
In April 2020, Phil Reichelt was interviewed by journalist Sue Williams with regards to the mandatory code for commercial tenants and landlords during the coronavirus crisis, announced by Prime Minister Scott Morrison.[3] In July of the same year, Thai Rock, one of Tenant Leasing Group's clients, was the scene of Sydney's biggest coronavirus cluster.[4]
