Tephlon Funk: The Free Tape is a 2016 studio album by Fat Jon the Ample Soul Physician.
Background
The album was put together as an EP and Soundtrack for the independent comic book series Tephlon Funk!. Author Stephane Metayer reached out to Fat Jon and asked if he'd be interested in putting together free music. On June 27, 2016, the album was released on SoundCloud. In 2017, a vinyl was released which included a mini comic of the 1st issue. On July 20, 2018, it was released to a wider audience through Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer.
