The company, as American Housing Income Trust, was founded in 2007 with the headquarters located in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.[6] The company was formerly known as Affinity Mediaworks Corp, but later changed its name to American Housing Income Trust, Inc. in May 2015 after it was incorporated in the State of Maryland and listed on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) as a compliant, fully reporting entity with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.[2][6]

In July 6, 2015, American Housing Income Trust, Inc. was acquired by American Realty Partners, LLC, in a reverse merger transaction.[6] Sean Zarinegar was the Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer while Jeff Howard was the CEO and President of the company.[1][7][8]

In February 2017, the company changed name to Corix Bioscience Inc., as well as business activities from a real estate oriented company to one focused on medical solutions. The company also moved its business from the State of Maryland to the State of Wyoming.[9]. Current Chairman and CEO is Michael Ogburn.

Services[edit]

American Housing Income Trust operated as a real estate investment trust (REIT).[4][10] The company acquired, restored and maintained single family homes and rents them to tenants with the view of generating risk-adjusted returns over the long-term.[11] [12][13]

As of February 2017, the company changed its business from real estate to cultivating and processing CBD and THCV oils from the industrial hemp for medical purposes.[14]
