The English Manner
The English Manner is the United Kingdom's leading etiquette and protocol institute, founded in 2001 by Alexandra Messervy, a former member of The Royal Household of Queen Elizabeth II. The institute offers courses, online courses, presentations, seminars and training sessions in private and business protocol to individuals, corporations, diplomats, royalty and VIPs.[1] The current Executive Directors are William Hanson (representing the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States) and Viviane Martins (representing Asia and Latin America).[2]
About
Online Courses
As well as face-to-face mentoring, online courses are also available. Private coaching, videos and webinars are used for clients who wish to learn at their own pace.[3]

The English Manner is well established and has served clients from some of the world's most famous businesses, companies and firms. These include: Barclays, Belmond, Burj Al Arab, Chopard, Georgetown University, The Leading Hotels of the World, LinkedIn, Massachusetts General Hospital, Pernod Ricard, The Ritz London, Sephora and The Supreme Court.[4]

They are a member of 'Leading Protocol and Etiquette Schools of the World', as well as being a UK registered learning provider.[2]
