With the accreditation of Musical Pedagogy & Upbringing, Methodist-Educator & Artist of Ensemble from prestigious music institutes like National Pedagogic University Minsk, P. Tchaikovsky in Gomel & Sokolovsky Music College of Art, she has completed her musical training with superior musical education. While she is the ensemble's conductor, her utmost loyalty lies with being an artist of the orchestra and a violinist first. This has led her to design, detail, and spearhead a collection of masterpieces for a clientele across continents.
With a rich background in Psychology and Behaviour, Olga understands the significance of collaborative formulations; therefore, her utmost focus is weaving various synergies to anchor the true essence, influence and happiness derived by music.
Each musician within the orchestra has been mindfully hand-picked by her, exercising their intellectual curiosity and discipline, accompanied with hers to perform programs that result in true artistic supremacy.
Her vision consists of curating an ensemble that empowers artistic collaborations. Olga has actualized this vision by fusing over 37+ musicians to achieve charismatic harmonies to form into one single, unified masterpiece.
Her vast understanding of composing, direction, planning and methodology, grouped with exceptional artistic skills, perseverance, and energy, demonstrates her success as the founder of Felicity Orchestra.
Due to their versatile collection of genres and repertoires, ranging from Classical, String, Jazz and Arabesque, they have quickly gained prominence as an audience-favourite ensemble. The orchestra now comes as two variations: an all-female orchestra and a mixed group of musicians to accommodate the overwhelming demand for diverse styles.
The Felicity Orchestra has achieved theatrical orchestra performances for powerhouse brands ranging from Hermes, Ferrari, Cartier, Dior, Dubai Holding, Guerlain, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tabizuru Foundation for Expo 2020, Vogue Dubai, Bulgari, Givenchy, Dubai Tokyo 2020 Partnership and much more.[1]
