The Hi-Tech Gears is a Gurugram, India-based company that is in to manufacturing of auto components. The company deals in the business of gears and transmission components. It was founded in 1986 by Deep Kapuria. It was listed on BSE in year 2000 and on NSE in 2002.[2][3][4][5][6][7]
Plants and Acquisition[edit]
The company has two manufacturing facilities in India at following locations:
Apart from that, the corporate has two facilities in Guelph, Canada[11]and one in Emporium, USA of its subsidiaries. The Hi-Tech Gears acquired Teutech Industries, a Guelph, Ontario, based manufacturer of precision machined and heat-treated powertrain components, at US$44 million investment in 2017.[12] [13]
