The Life Of Wesley is the fourth studio album by American rapper Wild Wes. It was originally released on September 9th, 2022, but was taken down due to negative reception and was rereleased on October 28th, 2022. A deluxe edition of the album was released on September 23rd, 2022.
The album was officially announced to be his fourth studio album on July 7th, 2022. He revealed the cover and title of the album.
A sequel, titled The Life Of Wesley 2, was released on September 8th, 2023. Nearly a full year after the original album’s release.
Background
Wes started recording more songs after the release of Nebula and was going to release a new album in March of 2022, but Wes felt like the album wasn't on the same level as Nebula, so he shelved it and recorded more songs.
He spent 8 months recording this album after a year of recording about 50 songs; he chose 20 songs for the album.
