Cleophas J. McDonald II, (born September 23, 1971) better known by his stage name The Madd Felon, is an American rapper who featured on Messy Marv's debut album, Messy Situationz, on the track "Ghetto Blues".[1] The Madd Felon began his career where he also grew up in Richmond, California.
