Cleophas J. McDonald II, (born September 23, 1971) better known by his stage name The Madd Felon, is an American rapper who featured on Messy Marv's debut album, Messy Situationz, on the track "Ghetto Blues".[1] The Madd Felon began his career where he also grew up in Richmond, California.

The Madd Felon has recorded and released multiple music projects that include S.O.S (Son Of Shirley), (2012),[2] She a Freak (Feat. Smooth N8), (2016),[3]Murder Melodies (2018),[4] “Keep It Tru” (Part 2), featuring Freeway.[5] and Still N Da Game (2020).[6] In 2021, he incorporated his business entity into “It’z Whateva Ent L.L.C” and under his incorporated imprint he runs a record label, artist management services, and does event planning and event hosting.
