The Matwix is a 2001 short webtoon featuring Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd and is a parody of The Matrix.[1] It was first announced in August 2001. [2] It is notably the only webtoon from 2001 to 2003 that didn't get a release on home video.

Plot[edit]

Elmer Fudd is playing a video game until he answered a phone call. After he hangs up, he sees Bugs Bunny and attempts to shoot at him. Bugs Bunny starts a bullet time sequence and stops the bullets. Bugs offers Elmer to eat either a red donut that shows what reality is like or a blue donut where he ends up in New Jersey. For the interactive segment, the viewer picks one of the two donuts and Elmer ends up in New Jersey. At the second time, the cartoon continues. Bugs explains to Elmer that electronics and salesman continually offer people to buy products. Bugs Bunny tells Elmer to find the Top Salesman through one of the three doors and defeat him. Elmer encounters the salesman and the salesman offers Elmer to buy products. Elmer gives his credit card to the salesman. Elmer wakes up in a pod even though he thought his experience was a dream.
