The Murphys are a musical family band from County Kerry, Ireland.[1] The band, consisting of three sisters and their father, was the first band from County Kerry to make it to the top of the iTunes Country charts.[2][3]
The band began releasing singles in 2013, before releasing their first album Breaking Ground in 2016. [4]They co-wrote The Man Who Loved Me First with Derek Ryan.[5]
The band embarked on a national tour in 2017, playing shows with Seán Keane
