The New Age Idols are a British rock band from London, UK. Formed in 2018, the band consists of Leo Murphy, also known as Odium Rise (lead vocals) and Charlie Pearce (Guitar)[1][2].
History
The New Age Idols are a rock and indie band formed in Camden Town, London after Leo Murphy (Odium Rise) exchanged his solo career to start a band with friend and guitarist Charlie Pearce[1][3].
In an interview with NME, Leo Murphy (Odium Rise) revealed to the public that he was working on an album called "Square-One" through his solo career as Odium Rise[4][5], which was later confirmed by his management team to be released sometime in 2019[6]. It was later announced that Charlie Pearce, a long-term friend of Leo’s, had joined him in making this album. It was later announced that Leo Murphy and Charlie Pearce had decided to form a band together and continue all future work together under this band.
