The Philadelphia Experiment is a 2012 made-for-TV science fiction film. It is directed by Paul Ziller and stars Michael Paré, Nicholas Lea, and Ryan Robbins. It is a remake of the 1984 film and based on the urban legend of the Philadelphia Experiment. In this version, the ship reappears in 2012.

In 1943 the destroyer escort USS Eldridge disappears during a project to make it invisible to radar.
