The Pioneer Club
The Pioneer Club is a St Albans skatepark, music venue and youth club formed in 1961. It is the oldest indoor skatepark in the United Kingdom[1] and has been the home of many UK rock bands such as Enter Shikari[2][3], The Zombies[4] and Trash Boat[5]. It resides on Heathlands Drive in St Albans and is part managed by the local council and The Pioneer Youth Club Charity.
The music venue holds 500 people and has had bands such as Bring Me the Horizon[6], Don Broco[7], Gallows[8] and Your Demise perform.
