In 2017, The Profs were awarded The "Microbusiness of the Year category at the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) London Business Awards".[1] They then went on to win The "Best Tutoring Company" at The EducationInvestor Awards [7] later that year and also took the gong for The Telegraph’s "Most Innovative SME Exporter" [8] in September of 2018.
The Profs were awarded one of two £150,000 grants by The Department for Education to build an educational game, which helps "players to understand the consequences of their decisions through simulations of graduate career paths".[9]
In December 2018, The Profs won a grant from The Department for Education to create a careers game. It was planned for launch on 2 April 2019. [10]
