The Well (church)
The Well is a non-denominational church located in Feasterville, Pennsylvania, that is part of the emergent church movement within evangelical Christianity. Founded in 1997, it is affiliated with Ecclesia, a network of U.S. missional churches,[1] and promotes a relaxed and holistic approach to worship and fellowship.[2]
The Well once located in a warehouse is now located just outside Newtown, PA and shares a space with another church (Newtown Reformed Church) near the Newtown Borough. The church offers an informal feel with a band alongside a traditional liturgy and weekly communion.[3][4] The current lead pastor of the Well is Scott Jones with Todd Hiestand as the mission pastor. The worship was led by an extraordinary musician, Phil Wood.
