Therthally is a village in Kannur district in the Indian state of Kerala. Therthally comes under 2nd ward of Alakode Grama Panchayat. Therthally comprises largely families of farmers who migrated decades ago from middle Travancore.

It is located 46 km (29 mi) towards the north of district headquarters, Kannur. It is located on Malabar Hill Highway (SH59).

Therthally is home to Marygiri Higher Secondary School and Cherupushpam UP School, Marygiri. Apolo Public Library is also located in Therthally.

Therthally is part of Alakode Grama Panchayat and Taliparamba taluk. Therthally is politically part of Irikkur (State Assembly constituency) in Kannur Loksabha constituency.
