Thiebou Yapp
Thiebou Yapp (Rice and Meat) (also spelled Ceebu Yapp or Tiebou Yapp) is a traditional Senegalese dish made from rice and meat.[1][2][3]
Instructions
Cut the meat into smaller pieces, then heat some oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, black pepper, and hot pepper. Cover the pot and let it cook. Then pour in 1 liter of water, then add rice based on the desired quantity. Add Season with salt and a bouillon cube, cover, and let it cook for about 2 minutes. Wash the vegetables, add pepper, hot pepper, and lemon juice. Add half a cup of water, mix thoroughly, and let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat. In a small bowl, combine sliced tomatoes with vinegar. Return the sliced meat to the pot of rice and let everything cook together for another 5 minutes.[1][2][3]
