Thomas Gantt (born 1993) is an American is a MMA fighter and freestyle wrestler and a former folkstyle wrestler, [1] for which he won a gold medal at the 2021 Pan American Championships.

Career

High school

Gantt was state runner-up at 135 pounds as a senior at Cahokia HS in Cahokia, Illinois [2]

College

Gantt was a two-time NCAA Division 1 national qualifier for North Carolina State University Wolfpack. He also earned All-American honors his senior year of college. He also served as an assistant coach from 2023 - 2025 [3]

Mixed Martial Arts Career

Gantt won his UFC MMA debut on May 16, 2026 improving his career record to 12 - 0. [4] [5]

Freestyle

Gantt has represented U.S.A internationally on many occasions including the Senior Pan Am Championships. [6]
