Thomas Properties Group (TPGI) was a full-service real estate operating company that owned, acquired, developed, and managed office, retail and multi-family assets across the U.S.

Thomas Properties Group was founded in 1996 by Jim Thomas, as one of the two successor firms of Maguire Thomas Partners. On March 9, 2004, TPGI was incorporated and became a public company via an initial public offering. TPGI was acquired by Parkway Properties in December 2013.
