Throne Wishlist is a global gifting and commerce platform headquartered in Dallas.[1][2] It has offices in the US (Dallas, Austin, and New York) as well as in Berlin, Germany.[3][4][5]

The platform connects over 350,000 creators with fans across 90 countries.[6][7]

History[edit]

Throne was founded in the fall of 2021 by Heiner Stinner, Patrice Becker, and Leonhard Soenke. Prior to this venture, Soenke and Becker had successfully co-founded the calendar app Meeter, which was eventually acquired through an equity hire in 2020.[8][9]

In its early stages, Throne successfully raised an initial and sole fundraising round in 2022, attracting investments from angel investors, including Product Hunt founder Ryan Hoover, and entrepreneurs Cory Levy and Vibhu Norby. Following this fundraising achievement and reaching profitability early on, the company decided to forego further rounds of venture capital funding.[10][11]
