The Tigrai Development Association (abbreviated TDA; Tigrinya: ማሕበር ልምዓት ትግራይ ) is an NGO based in Tigray, northern Ethiopia. The Association was established in 1989 to address shortage of health and educational institutions in Tigray.[1]
