Tim M. Houlne is an American business executive, author, and speaker. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Humach, a customer experience company that combines human agents with AI-powered technology. Houlne is recognized for his work in the contact center industry, including early advocacy of home-shoring and virtual customer engagement models.[1]

Early life and education

Houlne earned a **BSBA in Management** and **ASBA in Banking & Finance** from Missouri Western State University in 1986. He later completed an **MBA** at the University of Texas at Dallas in 2004, followed by an **International Residency** at École School of Management & Grenoble Graduate School of Business in 2003. In 2019, he attended **Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence** at MIT Sloan and CSAIL.[2]

Houlne has over three decades of experience in customer experience, contact centers, and business process services.
