Early life[edit]

Frazier was born on August 10, 1965, to Theodore Lawrence Frazier and Mildred Doris Frazier in Fort Worth, Texas, United States of America. Frazier grew up in Greenville, Texas, United States of America working with German Shepherd Dogs that his father bred and sold as a side business. He was one of four children, all of whom attended various schools in Greenville. He graduated Greenville High School in 1983 and attended university at East Texas State University.[citation needed]

Career[edit]

In 1987 Frazier joined the city police department of Greenville, Texas, United States of America. One year later he was selected to become the department's K9 officer and graduated from Adlerhorst International, a police dog handler training academy in Riverside, California, United States of America. In 1995 Frazier resigned from his law enforcement position and began a career in Information Technology Outsourcing. Over the following 22 years he held various technical and executive positions with companies including Affiliated Computer Services, Xerox Services, and CompuCom. Dog training technique[edit]

Frazier's work focuses on developing attention to communicate with a dog through "attention word establishment". He states he is a "balanced dog trainer", and believes that dogs must have "humane but uncomfortable consequences for undesired behaviour as well as reward for desirable behaviour".[citation needed]

Books[edit]

Frazier published his first book, "Loose Screws & Rescues - a like enriched by man's best friend" in March of 2021. The book became a top 100 best seller in multiple pet related categories on Amazon sales rankings for the first several weeks after publication, but has since declined significantly.[citation needed]

Criticism[edit]

Frazier's dog training business has enjoyed a long run of excellent reviews and solid ratings on Google, Yelp, and other review sites and "Loose Screws & Rescues" has overall favorable reviews, he has been accused by one reader via an Amazon review of twisting one tale in the book to make himself look good.[citation needed] The chapter involves the story of a dog Frazier took in from an owner who was going to have it euthanized for aggressive behavior.[citation needed] The reviewer claims to know the prior owner and while not disputing Frazier helping the dog and taking it in, claims the story is largely false, but does not provide much detail about the other side.[citation needed]

Frazier has also been criticized for having an anti-neutering stance and his veiws on possible health risks associated with dry pet food, also known as kibble, have been a source of conflict between his business, some rescue groups, and certain parts of the pet food industry.[citation needed]
