Timothy J. Bilecki lawyeris an American defense specializing in war crimes[1], court-martial. and other serious felonies. He is a Honolulu, Hawaii-based attorney who defends U.S. Military service members facing criminal charges in military courts.

Education[edit]

Timothy J. Bilecki an “A group” graduate of the prestigious National Criminal Defense College, a lifetime member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a graduate of the Reid Investigative Interviewing and Advanced Interrogation course.[2]

Career[edit]

Timothy J. Bilecki[3] was the principal attorney at The Bilecki Law Group, LLLC[4] (2010) and prior to that member of the U.S. Army JAG Corps (2002-2010). While in the JAG Corps, he was lauded as one of the best trial attorneys in the U.S. Army. Bilecki's[5] first duty assignment in the military was at Fort Hood, Texas, where he served as a military defense counsel. He was then stationed in Honolulu, HI, and served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, and later as an International Law Attorney focusing on the Asia-Pacific Theater. He concluded his military career with a two-year tour in South Korea as the Senior Defense Counsel for the Army in Asia.
