TineFune is a MIDI sequencer that runs on Linux and Windows (and on MacOS through Wine).
Setup is simple with TineFune. It can be used with or without MIDI devices and comes with sounds provided by the FluidSynth SoundFont.
After starting TineFune, the user connects through their favorite web browser.
In the web browser, the graphical user interface is designed with a single window so that the user does not have to manage and arrange windows. Also, the interface does not have a [[menu bar to avoid the hassles of constantly navigating through drop-down lists of lists with the mouse.
TineFune's graphical user interface allows the musician to view as many tracks and controllers as they wish simultaneously. The ability to overlay controller data together with notes helps the user see the details.
