Tobi Michael Adeyeye (born 6 February, 1994) popularly known as Toby Shang is a Nigerian Hypeman,[1] events compere, video jockey and Afro-hype artiste.[2] He is regarded as one of the most influential conveyer of Afro-Hype,[3][4] and known for popular club slangs Who The F*** Are You and Na We Dey Run This Town[5]

Early life

Tobi Michael Adeyeye born 6th February 1994 Ijeshatedo, Surulere Lagos. He attended Duro Oyedoyin primary school, Ijeshatedo, Surulere and Ijeshatedo boys secondary school, and later University of Lagos, history and strategic studies in 2018.[6]

Career

On January 6, 2022, In an episode of Facts Only on Hypemen Moments, Pulse analysed the impact of hypemen on Nigerian music in 2020, he was described as the "leader in hypemen culture, like Larry Izamoje revolutionized sportscasting on radio, people like Sheye Banks are releasing albums".[7]

In 2021, He won the Hypeman of the Year at the Naijattrafic Awards.[8]
